It's finally here. The best week for an Irish fan....well, the best/worst week. It really depends on the outcome of tomorrow's game.
This is the week we look forward to every year. It happened to fall on my 21st birthday just a few short years ago, but the infamous "Bush Push" kept us from victory. Still, we look forward to this game. Insert "Catholic and punishment" joke here. I know.
That will most definitely not be the case tomorrow. Under the bright lights at Notre Dame stadium, NBC will broadcast the first ND at home night game in quite a while verse the Trojans from Southern Cal.
Since we can't make it to South Bend this weekend...we were just there lighting candles in the grotto last weekend for a win...we will be celebrating and watching the game here in Toronto.
Obviously the menu has to be themed, so in that vain we are having Manti Teo Hawaiian turkey burgers. That's as clever as we get. Anything for a win. Anything.
Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys some football...or whatever you non-football fans do when it's a Saturday.

...while Her loyal sons are marching onward to victory!
