The Bachelor News....

This is definitely a super riveting blog post having nothing to do whatsoever with Dan or myself or Canada or anything really interesting....unless you like Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor Pad gossip. You've been warned...I have far too much time on my hands :)

So The Bachelor Pad has been off for a few months, and ABC is preparing to bombard us with previews of the January premiere of Ben on The Bachelor. This is obviously the best time for Kasey and Vienna to take one more shot at staying relevant and announce they are separated.

Kasey tweeted this news out early this week saying, "Yes vienna and I have split. It's been 5 weeks now. I can't fake it anymore. I will always love, be there for her, and wish her the best."

Over the last 5 weeks when the news broke that V had moved back to Florida with her family, Kasey was adamant that they were still together and things were amazing. Lying much?! He must have mistook his time on ABC as acting if he thinks we bought that! Obviously it was too soon for their final "big move."

To be frank, I am shocked that it lasted this long. They probably should have split right when the show started airing. They are terrible together on TV. So I guess Kasey is out to find another Bachelor castoff to date...I mean guard and protect.

Jake apparently has a new girlfriend just in time to make Vienna jealous. They were photographed on a beach in Hawaii this week. I don't know her name or really care. It will be a new girl with a new name and photo soon enough. Your move, Vienna. 

In other Bachelor Pad news, Holly Durst has found her wedding dress and set a date for the big I Do's with Blake. They must be getting hitched soon since she just made a holiday wreath this week for the front door saying "Julian," his last name. Guess he is trying to tie her down quickly. Being a run away bride twice doesn't look good.

On to a guy who is clearly not winning in love- Michael Stagliano, Holly's ex-fiance, just had to move out of the house he shared with his twin brother since Stephen just married another former Bachelorette Deanna Pappas. You may best know her as the second girl Brad Womack dumped on his season...or maybe as the Bachelorette who got engaged to Jesse on her season. So much shared love!

On a good note, Michael Stagliano and Graham Bunn will be in Toronto next weekend for a club appearance. Maybe I will head out to discuss all things Bachelor with them and get some new scoop :)

Lastly, a quick Ben the Bachelor note. Rumors are out there that Ben is currently engaged since filming his season. It is set to air the first week of January, so be on the look out for pictures or gossip if you're into spoiler alerts. Maybe he found his very own Ashley wife. Or the opposite of Ashley since she dumped him? I'm not sure how it works.

So yeah, there is your love, or "whatever they call it on ABC" roundup. Looks like no one who once tried to find love on TV wants to be alone for the holidays. Good thing there are plenty of these girls & guys from the franchise to go around. I am sure Mike Fleiss is providing them with lots of mistletoe this season. Merry Merry for sure! And hopefully some good TV!
