Pool Day Friday

Today was the perfect summer Friday. It is a beautiful day here in Toronto- temps is the mid 80's, sun shining, not a cloud in the sky, and a nice little warm breeze.

Laura and I took total advantage of the great weather and the looming end of summer and headed down to the beach this morning. We started out by taking a nice run along Lake Ontario. The only reason we were so motivated to do this is because we had big plans to go to the nice public pool right after and spend some quality time in the sun.

So the pool didn't look quite like the one above, but it's close :) We did go to a pool on/right next to the beach.

Since the end of summer is officially September 5th here in Toronto, everything outdoorsy like the pools all close for the winter. Laura and I are trying to fit in as much outside & pool time possible before it all goes away and we have snow. We are even planning on dragging the boys to the pool mid-week for a necessary day in the sun!
